Customer Care Process

At Premier, we respond to all customer calls within one hour. We analyze the situation, and whenever needed, we go to the customer's property... no matter what time of day. We stay on the scene until we have met all of the customer's needs. This includes board ups, water extraction, smoke removal, temporary repairs and more.
